Npc1−/− mice cerebella display a significantly reduced level of Shh transcripts. Semiquantitative real-time RT-PCR was performed on cerebella of PN8 and PN12 Npc1+/+ (empty bars), Npc1−/− (full bars) and HPBCD-treated Npc1−/− (dashed bars).
