Effects of the P2Y12R antagonist suramin on the inhibition of cAMP formation mediated by the agonist 2-methylthio-ADP (2-MeSADP) in cells expressing the recombinant human P2Y12R (A) and Schild plot analysis (B). cAMP formation was increased by addition of isoprenaline 10 nM. 2-MeSADP was added at the concentrations indicated in the absence and presence of suramin used at 3, 10 and 30 μM. Asterisks indicate significant differences from control (-, no 2-MeSADP) (**P < 0.01).
