B, cells were treated with BFA for 3 h and co-stained as described in A. C–E, cells were costained with HA and the cis/medial-Golgi marker Giantin, furin, or cell surface marker palmitoylated/myristoylated-tagged red fluorescent protein (pm-RFP). In all images the nuclei were stained with DAPI (blue). Note that GPR107 colocalizes with TGN46 but not with Giantin, and the presence of both red and green vesicular structures in the BFA-treated cells is indicative of at least partial segregation of GPR107 and TGN46.
