Mean scores were calculated prior to centering the variables. Percentages were calculated as the proportion of the participants reporting significant depressive symptoms (CESD ≥ 16), PTSD symptoms (PCL-C ≥ 50), or hazardous drinking (AUDIT-C ≥ 3) at each assessment.
