Percentages were weighted for probability of selection and nonresponse by sex.
Final sample (N = 662) excluded 15 participants for whom accelerometry or GIS data were not available; no differences in sociodemographic characteristics were found between the final sample and excluded participants.
For these variables, 1-km and 500-m street-network buffers were generated around each participant’s household.
