The animal-associated clade that encompasses oral subgingival lineages and their close relatives is expanded. The general class-level placing of HMP sequences is based on a maximum likelihood phylogenetic analysis that included all available sequences. (B) Maximum likelihood phylogeny of the Anaerolineae.
