Effect of serum containing cholesterol on LLO cytotoxicity. Cytotoxicity assay on a Jurkat cell line in RPMI-1640 without NCS and in 100% inactivated NCS with PI. NCS contained 390 μM (150 mg/dl) of cholesterol. Results show percentage of living cells. LLO concentration dependence was compared. Median values; P25 and P75, n = 4, p < 0.0001.
