Cholesterol content in Jurkat cells after cholesterol and MβCD treatment. Jurkat cells were incubated for 1 h at 37°C in RPMI1640 containing 26 μM cholesterol or 5 mM MβCD or both these compounds. Results show cholesterol content in μg per 106 cells.
