Plots of ln((1/D0)−(1/D))/((1/D0)−1) versus 1/N based on tapping for characterization of particle rearrangements of melt dispersion powders (Ibsmd1, Ibsmd2, Ibsmd5 and Ibsmd10). Two distinct linear regions (biexponential) (R2 values 0.925–0.994, and the null hypothesis was accepted) are identified in each profile, which indicate two major steps of particle rearrangement, namely (i) primary rearrangement of fine discrete particles and (ii) secondary rearrangement or agglomerate formation.
