Effects of IL-17A and TNF-α on BMP2 are shown. hMSCs were cultured in osteogenic medium in the presence or absence of TNF-α 1 ng/ml and/or IL-17A 50 ng/ml. Osteogenic gene expression of BMP2 was measured by qRT-PCR at early time points of (6, 12, 24, and 72 h).
