Auranofin inhibits cell survival or growth of SKOV3 cells. The cell numbers were determined by the cell counting assay after SKOV3 cells (1×104 cells/plate) were treated with auranofin (100 nM) or the control (DMSO) for 0, 24, 72 and 120 h. The significant P-values between the auranofin group versus the control group are indicated (*P<0.001). The results are based on three replicates. The error bars represent standard deviation by paired t-test.
