PX-12 induces apoptosis in AML cells. AML cells were treated for 48 h with various concentrations of PX-12. Cells apoptosis was detected using the Annexin V-FITC apoptosis detection kit, the percentages of annexin V positive apoptotic cells were determined by flow cytometer. A.
