Raw 264.7 cells(1×10⁶/ml) were serum-starved for 24 h, then treated with 10⁻⁷ M of spironolactone or 10⁻⁷ M of RU-486 for 1 h, followed by 10⁻⁶ M aldosterone or vehicle treatment for 24 h.
