PacBio CCS V1R subfamily loci are estimates based on 98% to 99% genetic similarity thresholds (see Methods). Final repertoire estimates are based on cluster analyses of all available V1RI and V1RIX data (e.g. Young et al. [18], Yoder et al. [29], and this study).
