Includes patients primarily diagnosed with severe CIS such as transplantation, hematological malignancies, or autoimmune deficiency disease.

Includes those who were not in CIS group 1 and diagnosed with mild or moderate CIS such as rheumatoid arthritis, a solid tumor, or diabetes.

In this stratified sample of the Korean population, a different sampling probability was applied to those who were hospitalized (13%) and those never hospitalized but who visited an outpatient clinic at least once (1%).
