Dendrogram generated after cluster analysis of the digitalized rep-PCR fingerprints with primer GTG5 of 39 lactobacilli isolates obtained from fruits previously fermented using L. pentosus TOMC-LAB2 as starter culture. Part of fruits were just packaged (F2, control) or reinforced with the same strain at packing closing (F2-F), while 1–20 is the number for the isolates obtained within each treatment. Clustering parameters: 0.5% optimization and 5.0% curve smoothing.
