Competition was performed with either unlabelled wt TTR or unlabelled TTRprot− at increasing concentrations ranging from 0 to 5 μM. (c) Cell association of 125I-labelled wt TTR in SAHep cells. Competition was performed with either unlabelled wt TTR or unlabelled TTRprot− at increasing concentrations ranging from 0 to 50 μg/ml. Results are means ± S.D.
