Locomotor behavior in sensitized rats. On day 1 and 7 rats were injected with 15 mg/kg cocaine and 30 mg/kg was administered on days 2–6. This treatment protocol produced a sensitized locomotor response to the 15-mg/kg dose of cocaine as measured on day 7 compared to day 1.
