Data are presented as percentages of total faculty or student respondents; n = 9 for faculty members and 116 for students. Faculty members were asked to respond to the following prompt: “What is (are) your main reason(s) for not using active learning in the classroom? (Select all that apply.).” Students were asked to respond to the following prompt, “What do you feel is (are) the main reason(s) that physiology faculty do not use active learning in the classroom? (Select all that apply.).”
