Overall, the abundance of most enzymes involved in NAD⁺ metabolic pathways was unchanged by CR. The only two enzymes with significant alterations were Sir2 and Pnc1, which are two consecutive enzymes that convert NAD⁺ into NA. Both are increased by CR in YPD. Pnc1 alone is increased in SDC.
