Fold-change relative to wild-type

Fold change in polymerase activity was determined by dividing the polymerase activity (firefly per renilla luciferase relative luminescence) by that of wild-type RdRP. Mean EC50 in 95% confidence level (in parentheses) values from 3 replicates are shown. The experiment was repeated twice and one representative result is shown.
