Expression of osteogenic marker genes runx2, osterix, dlx5, bone sialoprotein (BSP), and osteocalcin (OCN) during osteogenic induction for 30 days was assessed by real-time reverse transcription–polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) analysis. Gene expression of glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH) was used as an internal control. The data represent the mean values±SD (n=3). Significant differences (**P<0.01, *P<0.05: ANOVA with Dunnett's correction for multiple comparisons) were evaluated with regard to the day 0 (before osteogenic induction) values.
