Effect of p300 overexpression on signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3) activation in NRK-52E cells. Cells were transfected with 2 μg of pcDNA3.0-p300 plasmid or 2 μg of pcDNA3.0 plasmid for 48 h. p300 (A), acetyl-STAT3 (Lys685) (B) and phospho-STAT3 (Tyr705) (B) levels were detected by Western blotting.
