TABLE 1.

SAXS data

The following abbreviation are used: I(0), interpolated intensity at 0 angle; Rg, radius of gyration; Vc, volume of correlation; Mp, molecular weight of protein; V, volume; Dmax, maximum pairwise distance; P(r), pair-distance distribution function; Rc, cross-sectional radius of gyration; Px, Porod exponent. A noticeably larger Rg, Dmax, and a translated P(r) peak in CAR(tcp):RXR(9c)·SRC suggest a significantly larger species than CAR(tcp):RXR·SRC. Close agreement of real and Guinier-derived values confirm that the data is internally consistent. We use the convention of 4π × sinθ/λ. χ 2 values are for DAMMIN envelope generation.
