No impact of YvcK phosphorylation on growth under gluconeogenic conditions. A, growth curves on CE-gluconate medium. Strains SG116 (yvcK-gfp), SG63 (ΔyvcK), SG252 (yvcK T304A-gfp), SG283 (yvcK T304E-gfp), PB705 (ΔprkC), and PB702 (ΔprpC) were grown overnight on LB medium.
