(A-C) Sestrin2 associates with Atg13-FIP200 and p62 when ULK1 is co-expressed. HEK293 cells were transfected with plasmids expressing indicated proteins. Immunoprecipitated proteins (IP) and whole cell lysates (WCL) were subjected to immunoblotting (IB) with indicated antibodies. Note that ULK1 co-transfection induces electromobility retardation (band shift) of Sestrin2 (B,C) and p62 (C).
