(A) HEK293 cells were transfected with HA-tagged ULK1WT or ULKKI and Flag-tagged wild-type or truncated Sestrin2 proteins. Cell lysates were treated with calf intestinal phosphatase (CIP) and assayed through immunoblotting (IB). (B) HEK293 cells were transfected with plasmids expressing indicated proteins. Cell lysates were assayed through immunoblotting. Sesn2B2A is a Sestrin2 mutant protein whose Ser/Thr residues in Sesn2-B domain were all substituted with Ala.
