Globomycin treatment of H. ducreyi. H. ducreyi cells were allowed to grow for 4 h before the addition of globomycin and DMSO. Four hours later, the cells were pelleted, solubilized in Laemmli sample buffer, and subjected to SDS-PAGE in reducing conditions (10⁷ CFU/lane) and Western blotting with anti-rDltA, anti-Hlp, and anti-rDsrA antibodies.
