The dose-response effect of parquet on isolated lung mitochondria viability

Isolated lung mitochondria (1 mg protein/mL) were incubated at 37 ^◦C for 1 h following the addition of different concentration of PQ (0, 1, 2, 4, 6 and 8 mM), mitochondria viability was assessed using succinate dehydrogenase activity assays as described in methods and materials. Data represent the mean±S.D. of six separate experiments.
