Attributed mean Degeneration score in groups assessed by Bielschowsky staining of sections from spinal cord. Reduction of axonal density and distortion of axons in EAE mice are representative of axonal loss and neuronal degeneration. Degeneration showed dose- dependent decrease with administration of RO 25-6981.
