HLA-DR3 transgenic mice were injected with immune complexes comprising of IL-2 and anti-IL-2 antibodies on days 0, 1 and 2 (3xIL2C). On day 5, mice were killed and the distribution of various cell types in the spleens was analyzed by flow cytometry. (A) Representative dot plots and bar charts depicting distribution of CD4+CD25+FoxP3+ Tregs in naïve and 3xIL2C treated mice.
