IFN-γ-sufficient and IFN-γ-deficient HLA-DR3 transgenic mice were injected with 100 µg of rat anti-mouse IL-17 antibodies or isotype controls. Ten minutes later, mice were challenged with SEB (50 µg/mouse) or PBS and killed 3 days later. Distribution of CD4⁺CD25⁺FoxP3⁺ Tregs was determined by flow cytometry.
