(A). Human CD8+ T cells were transduced with either vector (GFP alone) or NKG2DTR. Total cell lysates were blotted for NKG2D, γ-tubulin (loading control), or DAP10. Cell lysates were also immunoprecipitated (IP) with anti-NKG2DFL antibody and immunoblotted (IB) with antibody against NKG2DFL or anti-DAP10. One representative of n = 3 independent experiments is shown.
