Effects of dehydration stress on control, SlNCED1-RNAi-treated, and SlCYP707A2-RNAi-treated fruits. Fruits at the MG stage were placed into an incubator: control, 25oC and 90% relative humidity; dehydration, 25oC and 45% relative humidity. Fruits were sampled 0, 3, and 6 d after dehydration treatment (DADT), respectively. The sepal samples were collected at 1 and 2 DADT.
