Phenotype of SlCYP707A1/2/3-RNAi-treated fruits. At the MG stage, 48 tomato fruits (cv. Tom) from 10 independent plants grown in the greenhouse were selected and divided into four groups (each group, 12 fruits for three repetitions; each repetition, four fruits) for the VIGS test. The SlCYP707A1-RNAi, SlCYP707A2-RNAi, and SlCYP707A3-RNAi TRV vectors were injected from the pedicel into group 1, group 2, and group 3, respectively. Group 4 was injected with TRV vector (no CYP707A gene) as a control. The fruits were evaluated 3–12 d after inoculation. Panels A–D are Tom tomato fruits.
