For panels A to I, JiaBao fruits were injected with SlCYP707A2-RNAi TRV vector at the MG stage. Fruits were sampled 0 d (MG), 5 d (B), 7 d (T), 9 d (HR), and 12 d (OR) after the inoculation, respectively. (J) Fruits on plants were divided into two groups and then injected with 1ml NDGA (200mM) or distilled water at the MG stage. The samples were collected at 0, 5, 7, and 9 d after treatment.
