Relationship of GWAS-identified top TAOK3 SNPs for primary outcome of morphine dose with secondary outcome of high maximum pain scores. There were 132 cases with high maximum pain score ≥7 and 136 controls with maximum pain score <7 in the EC discovery cohort; 103 cases and 118 controls in the AA discovery cohort.
