Expression pattern of four candidate miRNAs during fruit development and ripening. Total RNAs were isolated from fruit samples at different developmental stages, ranging from 20ā230 days after flowering (DAF). Reverse complement probes were used to detect specific miRNAs by RNA gel blotting. U4 and U6 were used as loading controls in qRT-PCR and RNA gel blot analyses, respectively.
