Immunostaining of macrophages isolated from different tissues in the persistent phase of PRRSV infection. Single-cell suspensions were produced by the mechanical disruption of tissues from PRRSV-infected pigs 67 days after infection, and cells were plated on glass coverslips for 3 h.
