TQ induces the phosphorylation of pPAK ^Thr212 and pPAK ^Thr423 in several colorectal cell lines. HCT116wt A, DLD-1 B, and HT29 C. cells were treated with 40 μM TQ and collected after 1, 3, 6 and 24 hours. Untreated cells were used as control. Whole cell lysates were immunoblotted against total PAK1, pPAK^Thr212, pPAK^Thr423 and pPAK^Ser144 (only for HCT116wt). Blots were then probed with GAPDH for loading control. Data shown are representative of two independent experiments.
