Lineweaver–Burk plots of compounds 1 (A) and 5 (B) measured against AfChiA1 using different concentrations of each inhibitor. The data were fitted against a competitive inhibition model and resulted in a Ki of 1.2 μM (compound 1) and 9.5 μM (compound 5). Km 300 ± 27 μM [23].
