B16-F10 cells were treated with indicated concentrations of wogonin for 24 h. (A) The expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 protein in cells was analyzed by western blotting using specific antibodies. (B) The conditioned media was analyzed by the gelatin zymography to test the activity of MMP-2 and MMP-9. (C) The expression of Rac1 and Ras protein in cells was analyzed by western blotting using specific antibodies. An anti-β-actin antibody was used to check the proper protein loading. (D) F-actin fluorescence staining was performed to examine pseudopods formulation. Each experiments were done at least three times. *p<0.05 compared with control; **p<0.01 compared with control.
