Effect of synthetic peptide (SP) on cell proliferation. mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) were seeded in 96-well plates at 2 × 103 cells/well in normal culture medium. After a 24-h culture for cell adherence, the medium was replaced with normal culture medium containing SP (0, 1, 10, 100 or 1000 ng/mL) and MSCs were incubated for 1, 3, 5 and 7 days.
