Effect of SP on alkaline phosphatase (ALP) staining and ALP activity. (A) Confluent MSCs were stained using an ALP staining kit after 7 or 14 days of cultivation in osteogenic medium containing SP (0, 1, 10, 100 or 1000 ng/mL). Scale bar = 100 μm; (B,C) ALP activity was measured at 7 or 14 days.
