The fold changes of cytokine genes in whole kidney, spleen and brain towards systemic C. albicans infection at 24 and 72 h post-infection. The fold changes were calculated based on the normalization of the target gene to the reference genes, β-actin, GAPDH, 18s ribosomal RNA and beta-2 microglobulin using the ΔΔCt method in infected mice as compared to that in uninfected mice. Results were means of fold changes of three biological replicates and highlighted parts are the genes which were statistically significant at p < 0.05 as compared with uninfected group, respectively.
