Models are adjusted for age, ethnicity, country of origin, education, BMI, age at menarche, parity, age at first birth, breastfeeding status, family history of breast cancer, OC use, history of benign breast disease, HRT use, smoking status, alcohol consumption (when not stratified by this variable), and total energy intake.
