The kinetics of the gB-8p specific CD8+ T cell responses was tracked in the spleen of mice infected with HSV-1, Lm-gB, and VACV-gB (A) and the magnitude of the gB-8p specific CD8+ T cell responses were compared for all three infections at day 6 post-infection (B). Significant differences in the percentages of gB-8p specific CD8+ T cells at day 6 post-infection between the Lm-gB and both the HSV-1 and VACV-gB infections were determined by a Kruskal-Wallis test. Results are representative of at least 2 separate experiments,with n≥4 mice/group. *, p<0.05, mean±SEM.
