Intermediate lifetimes of SynCph2(1-2), S385A, W389A, and W389F photocycles
The lifetimes of SynCph2(1-2), S385A, and W389A are calculated via global fit analysis. The lifetimes of W389F are averages from fits of single time traces. The lifetimes of the first two intermediates of the Pfr → Pr photoconversion of W389F could not be derived (NA means not available) due to the low absorbance changes between its early intermediates.
