Nomogram for predicting prostate cancer (PCa) at the time of repeat biopsy. The nomogram is used by localizing a patient’s position for each variable along its horizontal axis to determine a point value according to the points scale (top axis). The total points corresponds a probability value of having prostate cancer or ≥ Gleason 7 (high grade) prostate cancer.
