Expression levels of house-keeping genes in P. pastoris grown at different specific growth rates in glucose-limited chemostat cultures. House-keeping genes were selected according to ref. [10] and supplemented with genes encoding glycolytic enzymes. Gene expression values were normalized by dividing by the respective average expression values of a given gene. For every growth rate setpoint samples were collected from three individual cultivations and microarray experiments were performed in 2-color technical duplicates for every sample.
